通过对钢桥吊装时的内力分析,对钢桥受力部位进行局部加强,以改善各杆件内应力满足强度要求,研究采用托架替代吊架的安装方案优化。经过工程实际检验证明,该方案有利于减少临时措施的投入和对大型船机设备的性能要求,降低施工成本。

Through the stress analysis on the hoisting of steel bridge, we made local reinforcement for the stress parts of steel bridge to improve the rod stress in order to meet the strength requirements, studied the optimal installation scheme by bracket replacing hanger. The engineering practice proves that it is advantageous to reduce the temporary measure input and require-ments of the large ship equipment performance, and reduce the construction cost.
