通过对采用青岛海湾大桥混凝土结构涂层体系制作的防腐试件取样测试,分析了在北方冰冻海洋环境下表面涂层的防腐性能和对混凝土结构抗海水腐蚀性能的影响。研究表明:经5a现场暴露试验,混凝土表面涂层自身质量以及对混凝土的防护效果均较好,与混凝土表面的黏结强度大于2.5 MPa;尽管在混凝土表层1~3 mm处有少量氯离子渗入,但相比无涂层混凝土,氯离子含量低4~7倍,可有效延缓海水中氯离子的侵蚀,大幅延长混凝土结构的使用寿命。

Surface coating specimens that made according to coating system for concrete structure of Qingdao Bay Bridge were carried out exposure test. The anticorrosion performance and chloride ions resistance to seawater for surface coating had been analyzed in the frozen north sea environment. The research shows that surface coating has good protection and coating quality after 5 years, and the adhesive strength with concrete surface is more than 2.5 MPa. Although the distance of 1 mm to 3 mm from concrete surface penetrated a small amount of chloride ions, the chloride ions concentration reduced about 4 to 7 times comparing with the same depth of untreated concrete. Surface coating can effectively reduce the chloride ion erosion and im-prove the service life of the marine concrete structure.
