Steel cofferdam has a variety of positioning methods and is widely used in grand bridge. By comparing of various positioning methods, such as positioning by pulling and berthing pier, positioning by four anchor piers, positioning barge method, gravity anchor combined with positioning barge method, steel pipe pile positioning method, etc., we summarized the characteristics of these methods and the conditions for their application.
