根据新桥涵规范中对孔道压浆材料的要求,探讨了配制预应力混凝土桥梁孔道压浆材料的关键性能参数,通过试验研究了孔道压浆材料各组分掺量与性能关系,并最终确定高性能孔道压浆材料组分比例。试验结果表明,研制的压浆材料具有流动性良好、无泌水、微膨胀和较高的强度等特点。通过开展实体箱梁压浆工艺研究,为预应力孔道压浆提供现场经验和技术保障。
根據新橋涵規範中對孔道壓漿材料的要求,探討瞭配製預應力混凝土橋樑孔道壓漿材料的關鍵性能參數,通過試驗研究瞭孔道壓漿材料各組分摻量與性能關繫,併最終確定高性能孔道壓漿材料組分比例。試驗結果錶明,研製的壓漿材料具有流動性良好、無泌水、微膨脹和較高的彊度等特點。通過開展實體箱樑壓漿工藝研究,為預應力孔道壓漿提供現場經驗和技術保障。

According to the requirements of the duct grouting material in new highway bridge and culvert specification, we dis-cussed the key performance parameters of grouting in prestressed concrete bridges, studied the relationship between the duct grouting material component content and performance by experiments and determined the high performance grouting material component ratio. The results indicate the developed grouting materials have performance with good workability, no bleeding, slight expansion, and high strength characteristics. The grouting technology was studied on box beam in order to provide experi-ence and technical support for the prestressed duct grouting.
