介绍了研制的大型油膜轴承综合试验台的结构及原理,通过对主轴受力情况的分析,综合考虑不同润滑条件下主轴与衬套间的摩擦因数,建立了负载特性计算模型,得到了试验系统的载荷特性。通过选择适宜的直流电动机,使试验台能够在低、中、高速及重载工况下稳定运行,模拟油膜轴承实际工况进行各种试验。

The structure and principles of a large -scale oil -film bearing comprehensive test rig are introduced.The calculation model for load characteristic is built through the stress analysis on the main shaft and considering the friction coefficient between the main shaft and bushing under different lubricating conditions,and the loading characteristic is obtained.The test rig run stably under low,medium and high speed and heavy load through the selection of an appro-priate DC motor,and the different operating conditions are simulated and the different tests are carried out.
