应用 ABAQUS 有限元分析软件对352226X2－2RZ 型铁路货车轴承密封罩压装过程进行了模拟，分析了密封罩脱出的原因，得出了外圈入口、外圈牙口及其沟槽部位的最大等效应力、最大接触应力和塑性应变数值，以及不同过盈量对最大等效应力、最大接触应力和塑性应变的影响规律。通过用 YN －2型密封罩压装扭矩测量仪对密封罩压装效果进行检测，确定了密封罩的最小压装过盈量。

The press -assembly process for sealing cover of freight bearings 352226X2 -2RZ is simulated by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the causes for drop of sealing cover are analyzed.The maximum equivalent stress, maximum contact stress and plastic strain value of outer ring inlet,outer ring thread and outer ring thread groove are cal-culated,and the influencing rule of different interference magnitude on maximum equivalent stress,maximum contact stress and plastic strain is obtained.The press -assembly effect for sealing cover is tested by using sealing cover press -assembly torque tester YN -2,and the minimum interference for press -assembly of sealing cover is determined.
