利用有限元法对 H62-UHMWPE 自润滑材料进行结构设计,并对该材料进行了承载能力及摩擦磨损试验,结果表明,这种自润滑材料的承载能力为59.6 MPa,摩擦因数随转速的升高而增大,随载荷的增大而降低,当载荷为40 MPa,转速为50 r/min 时,摩擦因数低于0.12,具有良好的耐磨性,低速条件下其磨损机理主要为轻微的粘着磨损,适合用于制造低速工况使用的自润滑轴承。

The structure of self -lubricating material H62 -UHMWPE is designed by using the finite element method, and the load capacity and friction -wear test for material are carried out.The results show that the load capacity of the self -lubricating material is 59.6 MPa,and the friction coefficient increases with the increase of rotational speed,but decreases with the increase of load.Under the rotational speed of 50 r/min and the load of 40 MPa,the friction coeffi-cient is less than 0.12,and the wear resistance is excellent.Its primary wear mechanism is slight adhesive wear under low speed condition,and the material is suitable for manufacturing self -lubricating bearings used under low speed con-dition.
