Based on analysis of optimum design method for main parameters of spherical roller bearings with solid cages, the structural parameters for same type of spherical roller bearings produced by domestic and overseas manufacturers are compared.The differences about design constraint problems are researched and the improvement suggestions for reduc-ing minimum wall thickness of outer ring are proposed to improve load rating and life of bearings.
