目的:评价用仿真牙结合离体牙进行试验教学的效果。方法:对河北联合大学2008级(为对照组)实验教学中单纯采用石膏牙模型;2009级(实验组)实验教学中加入离体牙和仿真牙。在学期结束后进行综合素质考试成绩对比,并且进行学生满意度评价。结果:实验组理论、实验操作成绩各项目及总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);自我评价中除团队合作无明显差异以外,其余各项目实验组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔实验教学中加入仿真牙和离体牙,可提高学生临床综合素质。

목적:평개용방진아결합리체아진행시험교학적효과。방법:대하북연합대학2008급(위대조조)실험교학중단순채용석고아모형;2009급(실험조)실험교학중가입리체아화방진아。재학기결속후진행종합소질고시성적대비,병차진행학생만의도평개。결과:실험조이론、실험조작성적각항목급총성적균고우대조조(P<0.05);자아평개중제단대합작무명현차이이외,기여각항목실험조균고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:재구강실험교학중가입방진아화리체아,가제고학생림상종합소질。
AIM:To evaluate the effects of simulated teeth and the extracted teeth in the teaching practice for stomatological undergraduates.METHODS:Simulated teeth were used in practic teaching for the students enrolled in Heibei United University in 2008 (experimental group),both simulated and extracted teeth were use for those en-rolled in 2009.The effects were analyzed.RESULTS:Final comprehensive exam showed that various results and total scores of the theory knowledge and experimental operation skill of the experimental group were better than those of the control.Self assessment indicated that the satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the con-trol (P<0.05)except for the teamwork evaluation(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The application of simulated teeth and extracted teeth in the practice teaching can lay a good foundation for students to improve their clinical comprehen-sive quality.
