设计了表征金属氧化物涂层结构的综合实验。以 RuO2和(Ru ,La)Ox 涂层为研究对象,利用 SEM ,EDX , XRD 以及 DSC 等实验手段,研究稀土元素 La 对涂层表面结构的影响。研究结果表明,La 的加入导致 Ru‐La 氧化物涂层表面形貌以裂纹泥形式出现,涂层中 RuO2晶体的含量降低,氧化物更多以非晶态形式存在,这是引起催化活性增加的主要原因。该实验设计通过一个研究项目将理论知识与多项实验内容紧密结合起来,有助于培养学生独立思考及综合运用知识来分析解决问题的能力。
設計瞭錶徵金屬氧化物塗層結構的綜閤實驗。以 RuO2和(Ru ,La)Ox 塗層為研究對象,利用 SEM ,EDX , XRD 以及 DSC 等實驗手段,研究稀土元素 La 對塗層錶麵結構的影響。研究結果錶明,La 的加入導緻 Ru‐La 氧化物塗層錶麵形貌以裂紋泥形式齣現,塗層中 RuO2晶體的含量降低,氧化物更多以非晶態形式存在,這是引起催化活性增加的主要原因。該實驗設計通過一箇研究項目將理論知識與多項實驗內容緊密結閤起來,有助于培養學生獨立思攷及綜閤運用知識來分析解決問題的能力。
설계료표정금속양화물도층결구적종합실험。이 RuO2화(Ru ,La)Ox 도층위연구대상,이용 SEM ,EDX , XRD 이급 DSC 등실험수단,연구희토원소 La 대도층표면결구적영향。연구결과표명,La 적가입도치 Ru‐La 양화물도층표면형모이렬문니형식출현,도층중 RuO2정체적함량강저,양화물경다이비정태형식존재,저시인기최화활성증가적주요원인。해실험설계통과일개연구항목장이론지식여다항실험내용긴밀결합기래,유조우배양학생독립사고급종합운용지식래분석해결문제적능력。
A comprehensive experiment of characterization of the metal oxide coating structures has been designed .For RuO2 and (Ru ,La)O x coatings ,the effects of rare earth element La on the coating surface structure have been studied by means of SEM ,EDX ,XRD and DSC .The results show that the surfaces of the Ru‐La oxide coatings show the cracked‐mud morphology with the addition of La species .The amount of RuO2 crystal decreases on the coating surface ,where the Ru‐La oxides show more in the form of the a‐morphous phase .This is the main reason for the catalytic activity of the coatings increased .This experi‐mental design has correlated theories to practical experiments by carrying out a project , helping the students to develop the ability of critical thinking and problem solving depended on what they learned .
