随着我国地下空间的开发与利用进入大规模发展的阶段，规划学界对于地下空间规划控制的理论研究也在逐步开展之中。本文从城市生态学角度出发，阐述了城市地下空间开发中控制地下空间开发密度的重要性，并从影响因素、控制建议、开发模式、保障措施等方面进行了深入分析。
隨著我國地下空間的開髮與利用進入大規模髮展的階段，規劃學界對于地下空間規劃控製的理論研究也在逐步開展之中。本文從城市生態學角度齣髮，闡述瞭城市地下空間開髮中控製地下空間開髮密度的重要性，併從影響因素、控製建議、開髮模式、保障措施等方麵進行瞭深入分析。

With the large-scale development and utilization of underground space in China, the theoretical study of urban underground space planning control has been implemented. Based on the view of urban ecology, this paper expounds the importance of the density control of urban underground space development, and deeply analyzes the inlfuencing factors, controlling suggestions, development model, and the security measures.
