目的：观察调卫汤治疗产后关节痛的疗效。方法：48例分为两组，治疗组28例用调卫汤治疗，对照组20例用复方夏天无片治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组85.7%，对照组55.0%，两组比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：调卫汤治疗产后关节痛疗效较好。
목적：관찰조위탕치료산후관절통적료효。방법：48례분위량조，치료조28례용조위탕치료，대조조20례용복방하천무편치료。결과：총유효솔치료조85.7%，대조조55.0%，량조비교유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：조위탕치료산후관절통료효교호。
Objective:Effect of Chinese medicine prescription for Tiaowei Soup in the treatment of postpartum arthralgia. Method:In 2012 January ~2013 year in December 48 cases of postpartum arthralgia patients in the outpatient,28 cases of treatment group use Tiaowei Soup treatment,20 cases of the control group use fufangxiatianwu treatmen.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group is 85.7%,The comparison group total effectiveness 55.0%,There are significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tiaowei Soup in the treatment of postpartum arthralgia good effect.
