目的:研究丹皮酚对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:用高脂饲料喂养和维生素D3腹腔注射的方法建立大鼠AS模型,然后分为正常组、模型组、阳性组(辛伐他汀10 mg/kg)、丹皮酚3个剂量组(20、10、5mg/kg),每组10只。灌胃给药4周后各组取主动脉,在光镜下进行病变分级评分。取血清测定SOD活力和MDA含量。结果:丹皮酚能改善AS大鼠的主动脉病变,高剂量组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,丹皮酚各剂量组AS大鼠血清SOD活性显著升高(P<0.01),血清MDA含量降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:丹皮酚治疗AS作用可能与增强SOD活性、减少MDA含量、减轻氧自由基的损伤有关。

목적:연구단피분대동맥죽양경화(AS)대서적항양화작용。방법:용고지사료위양화유생소D3복강주사적방법건립대서AS모형,연후분위정상조、모형조、양성조(신벌타정10 mg/kg)、단피분3개제량조(20、10、5mg/kg),매조10지。관위급약4주후각조취주동맥,재광경하진행병변분급평분。취혈청측정SOD활력화MDA함량。결과:단피분능개선AS대서적주동맥병변,고제량조여모형조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。여모형조비교,단피분각제량조AS대서혈청SOD활성현저승고(P<0.01),혈청MDA함량강저(P<0.05혹P<0.01)。결론:단피분치료AS작용가능여증강SOD활성、감소MDA함량、감경양자유기적손상유관。
Objective:To investigate the anti-oxidative stress effect of paeonol (PA) against atherosclerosis(AS) in rats.Methods:Rats model of AS was established by administration of high-fat diet and vitamin D3 (i.p.).Rats were divided into 6 groups(n = 10)at random,namely normal,model,positive(simvastatin,10 mg/kg)and PA high,medium and low dose groups(20,10 and 5 mg/kg,respectively). After 4 weeks of oral treatment,the aortic pathologic changes were observed under microscope and graded.The sera of all rats were collected to determine the SOD activities and MDA contents.Results:Administration of PA improved the severity of aortic pathology in AS rats,and the pathologic grade of PA high dose group showed a significant difference compared with that of model group(P<0.05).PA (20,10 and 5 mg/kg)significantly increased the SOD activities(P<0.01)and reduced the MDA contents(P<0.05 or P<0.01)in serum of AS rats compared to the model group.Conclusion:Therapeutic effect of PA against AS maybe due to its action on SOD activities and MDA contents.
