为探究军医大学研究生的入学动机,提出相应的心理调适对策,采用自制问卷调查某军医大学所有研究生入学动机,以性别、专业、年级、学位类型、培养层次等为自变量进行数理统计分析。结果显示军医大学研究生入学动机主要是提高学历(66.8%)、个人兴趣(42.4%);其次是逃避就业压力(13.7%)、家人要求(12.9%)、他人建议(12.4%)、随大流(8.6%)等,以外部动机为主,不同群体之间动机均有不同。

위탐구군의대학연구생적입학동궤,제출상응적심리조괄대책,채용자제문권조사모군의대학소유연구생입학동궤,이성별、전업、년급、학위류형、배양층차등위자변량진행수리통계분석。결과현시군의대학연구생입학동궤주요시제고학력(66.8%)、개인흥취(42.4%);기차시도피취업압력(13.7%)、가인요구(12.9%)、타인건의(12.4%)、수대류(8.6%)등,이외부동궤위주,불동군체지간동궤균유불동。
To put forward appropriate psychological adjustment by exploring the enrollment motivation of military medical graduate students,the enrollment motivations of all graduate students in the military medical university were surveyed with self -made question-naire and analyzed in different genders ,specialties, grades, degrees, levels, etc.The results showed that the motivations were mainly extrinsic, including advancing diplomas(66.8%), personal interest(42.4%), pressure of obtaining employment(13.7%), parents requirements(12.9%), others’ suggestions(12.4%), going with the stream(8.6%), etc,which were different in different groups .
