[目的]探讨以问题为基础的教学法和以案例为基础的教学法(PBL CBL)双轨教学法在普外科护生临床教学中的应用效果。[方法]将在普外科实习的84名护生分为观察组和对照组各42例,观察组采用PBL CBL结合的双轨教学法,对照组采用以授课为基础的教学法(LBL)进行临床护理教学。出科前比较两组护生的理论成绩、操作技能、护理程序运用能力的差异,以及对教学效果进行问卷调查。[结果]观察组各项成绩和教学效果均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]PBL CBL双轨教学法能提高护生的理论和操作水平,提高护生的学习能动性、语言表达能力及整体护理能力。

Objective:To probe into the application effect of PBL CBL dual track teaching method in clinical teaching for nursing intern students in department of general surgery.Methods:A total of 84 nursing interns in department of general surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each.Students in observation group adopted dual track teaching method (PBL CBL)Patients in control group adopted lecture based learning (LBL)in clinical nursing teaching.The differences were compared in theory achievement, operation skills and ability to use nursing process between two groups of nursing students.Questionnaire survey was carried out for the teaching effect.Results:The accomplishments and teaching effectiveness in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion:PBL CBL dual track teaching method can improve nursing students’theoretical knowledge and operation level.It can enhance the learning initiative,language expression ability and holistic nursing ability.
