[目的]探讨门诊护理人员绩效考核方案,充分发挥门诊护理人员的工作积极性,提高满意度,提升护理质量。[方法]通过专家咨询,确定门诊护理人员绩效考核指标体系,确定量性、质性考核指标,每月实施考核,按季度汇总,考评结果与工资挂钩。[结果]实施绩效考核改革后,医生对护士满意度由80.2%提升至96.0%,病人满意度由81.8%提升至96.9%,护理人员对奖金分配满意度由46.7%提升至96.7%。[结论]全面、科学、公平、公正的绩效考核有利于加强护理管理、发挥激励作用,从而促进护理质量的持续提升。

Objective:To probe into the performance appraisal scheme of nursing personnel in outpatient department,give full play to the working enthusiasm of nursing personnel in outpatient department,and improve satisfaction and nursing quality.Methods:By expert consultation to deter-mine the performance appraisal index system of nursing personnel in out-patient department and the quantitative and qualitative assessment indica-tors.The monthly assessment and were quarterly summary implemented and the results of the evaluation were linked up with the salary.Results:After the implementation of the reform of performance appraisal,the satis-faction of doctors to nurses increased from 80.2% to 96.0%,patients’ satisfaction increased from 81.8% to 96.9%,satisfaction of nursing per-sonnel to bonus allocation increased from 46.7% to 96.7%.Conclusion:Comprehensive,scientific,fair,impartial performance appraisal is condu-cive to strengthen the nursing management,give play to the role of encour-agement,and then to promote continuous improvement of nursing quality.
