[目的]探讨情景模拟与强化训练相结合在健康评估实验教学问诊中的应用效果。[方法]按自愿参与原则选取护理专业本科及专科学生42名,在健康评估问诊实践教学环节应用情景模拟与强化训练相结合的教学形式,按照自行制定的评分标准,对情景模拟和强化训练前后学生问诊得分情况进行比较。[结果]干预前后学生得分比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。[结论]情景模拟与强化训练相结合可以提高问诊教学效果。

Objective:To probe into the application effect of situation simu-lation combined with intensive training in health assessment of experiment teaching interrogation.Methods:According to the principle of voluntary participation,42 nursing undergraduates and junior college students were selected,and the teaching form of situational simulation combined with in-tensive training was used in health assessment link of interrogation prac-tice teaching.According to the self made score standard,the interrogation score of students was compared before and after the situational simulation and intensive training.Results:There was statistically significant differ-ence in students’score before and after intervention(P < 0.05 ).Conclu-sion:Situation simulation combined with intensive training can improve the interrogation teaching effect.
