目的:探讨血清甲状腺激素、NO、EGF及免疫球蛋白水平表达在慢性乙型肝炎、乙肝肝硬化患者中表达的意义。方法:选择我院收入的诊断为肝病患者共89例,其中慢性乙型肝炎患者42例,乙肝肝硬化患者47例。随机选择同期正常健康体检者50例作为健康对照组,对比三组血清甲状腺激素、一氧化氮、表皮生长因子及免疫球蛋白水平表达。结果:乙型肝炎组、乙肝肝硬化组EGF、NO表达均高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。乙型肝硬化组EGF、NO表达高于乙肝肝炎组(P<0.05)。乙肝肝硬化组、乙型肝炎组IgG、IgA、IgM浓度显著高于健康对照组( P<0.05)。乙肝肝硬化组IgG、IgA显著高于乙型肝炎组( P<0.05)。乙肝肝硬化组、乙型肝炎组患者TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4浓度均低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。乙肝肝硬化组TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4低于乙型肝炎组(P<0.05)。结论:血清甲状腺激素、NO、EGF及免疫球蛋白水平表达可作为检测乙型肝炎、乙肝肝硬化的指标。

목적:탐토혈청갑상선격소、NO、EGF급면역구단백수평표체재만성을형간염、을간간경화환자중표체적의의。방법:선택아원수입적진단위간병환자공89례,기중만성을형간염환자42례,을간간경화환자47례。수궤선택동기정상건강체검자50례작위건강대조조,대비삼조혈청갑상선격소、일양화담、표피생장인자급면역구단백수평표체。결과:을형간염조、을간간경화조EGF、NO표체균고우건강대조조(P<0.05)。을형간경화조EGF、NO표체고우을간간염조(P<0.05)。을간간경화조、을형간염조IgG、IgA、IgM농도현저고우건강대조조( P<0.05)。을간간경화조IgG、IgA현저고우을형간염조( P<0.05)。을간간경화조、을형간염조환자TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4농도균저우건강대조조(P<0.05)。을간간경화조TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4저우을형간염조(P<0.05)。결론:혈청갑상선격소、NO、EGF급면역구단백수평표체가작위검측을형간염、을간간경화적지표。
Objective:To investigate the serum thyroid hormone , NO, EGF and immunoglobulin levels in chronic hepatitis B patients with liver cirrhosis .Method:In our hospital , with a total income of 89 cases diagnosis of liver disease in patients , including 42 patients with chronic hepatitis ,47 cases liver cirrhosis pa-tients.Selected at random in 50 cases of healthy people as a healthy control group , compared the three groups of serum thyroid hormones , nitric oxide , epidermal growth factor and immunoglobulin levels of expres-sion.Result:In three groups of patients with serum EGF , NO concentration changes in expression of con-trast , hepatitis B , hepatitis B and group cirrhosis group EGF , NO expression were higher than that of control group, there was statistically significant difference between the results of comparison , P <0.05.In hepatitis B cirrhosis group EGF , NO expression was higher than hepatitis B hepatitis group , there was statistically sig-nificant difference between the results , P<0.05.Patients with different liver diseases in IgG , IgA, IgM con-centration changes in display contrast , liver cirrhosis,hepatitis B group IgG , group IgA, IgM were signifi-cantly higher than those in control group , the results compared with statistical significance , P <0.05.Hepa-titis B cirrhosis group were significantly higher than those of IgG , IgA hepatitis group , the results compared with statistical significance , P <0.05.In patients with different liver diseases in TT 3, TT4, FT3, FT4, TSH concentration in contrast , liver cirrhosis of hepatitis B patients group , TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4 concentrations were lower than those of the control group , there was statistically significant difference between the results of comparison, P <0.05.Hepatitis B cirrhosis group TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4 lower than hepatitis group , there was statistically significant difference between the results of comparison , P <0.05.Conclusion:The serum thyroid hormone , NO, EGF and immunoglobulin levels of expression can be used as detection of hepatitis B and hepatitis B cirrhosis index .
