采用区间集合表示需求不确定性,提出集装箱轴幅式网络优化问题。引入风险系数,将含有区间系数的目标函数转化为确定性目标函数,建立混合整数区间线性规划模型。算例分析表明,区间集合可有效反映需求的不确定性,同时,最优决策随风险系数改变而不同,这有利于班轮公司决策者更为详细地了解网络优化结果的风险,从而谨慎规划网络。算例验证了模型的可行性。

Demand uncertainty was expressed by using interval set, and linear hub-spoke network optimization problem was put forward .Risk coefficient was introduced to transform sub-ject function with interval coefficients into deterministic one , and a mixed integer linear programming model was construc-ted.Case analysis shows that interval set can reflect the de-mand uncertainty effectively , and meanwhile the optimal deci-sion changes with risk coefficient , which can be helpful for liner company decision makers to realize the risks complied with optimal results so as to do network planning carefully . And the model is proved feasible .
