目的:研究一种新的国家一类中药金天格胶囊对骨质疏松性骨折大鼠骨代谢因子的影响。方法建立绝经后骨质疏松性骨折大鼠模型,给予雌激素及不同浓度的金天格胶囊灌胃,并于灌胃治疗5周后,采用酶联免疫吸附法( ELISA)测定骨钙素(BGP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)的表达。结果模型组大鼠的BGP、TRACP的阳性表达明显升高(P<0.05);中、低剂量的金天格胶囊可使大鼠的BGP、TRACP的阳性表达明显下降( P<0.05),而高剂量金天格胶囊的干预效果不显著( P>0.05)。结论金天格胶囊对PMOP大鼠具有降低BGP、TRACP的分泌,促进骨折愈合的作用。

목적:연구일충신적국가일류중약금천격효낭대골질소송성골절대서골대사인자적영향。방법건립절경후골질소송성골절대서모형,급여자격소급불동농도적금천격효낭관위,병우관위치료5주후,채용매련면역흡부법( ELISA)측정골개소(BGP)、항주석산산성린산매(TRACP)적표체。결과모형조대서적BGP、TRACP적양성표체명현승고(P<0.05);중、저제량적금천격효낭가사대서적BGP、TRACP적양성표체명현하강( P<0.05),이고제량금천격효낭적간예효과불현저( P>0.05)。결론금천격효낭대PMOP대서구유강저BGP、TRACP적분비,촉진골절유합적작용。
Objective To study the effect of a new class I Chinese state medicine, Jintiange capsules, on the rat bone metabolism factors in osteoporotic fractures.Methods The rat postmenopausal osteoporotic fracture model was established.Different concentrations of Jintiange capsules or estrogen were administered by gastric perfusion.After 5 weeks of the treatment, osteocalcin ( BGP) and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase ( TRACP) were determined using ELISA.Results The positive expression of BGP and TRACP in rats of model group increased significantly (P<0.05).Low and middle doses of Jintiange capsules significantly decreased the positive expression of BGP and TRACP (P<0.05).No significant intervention effect was observed with high dose of Jintiange capsules (P>0.05).Conclusion Jintiange capsules can reduce the secretion of BGP and TRACP in PMOP rats, and promote the healing of the fractures.
