目的：探讨常用非典型抗精神病药物与首发精神分裂症患者代谢综合征的相关性。方法：随访调查单一使用抗精神病药物的首发精神分裂症患者147人，按用药不同，分为非典型抗精神病药物组患者92例，氯丙嗪组55例，测量患者使用抗精神病药物前和使用一年后的BMI、血压、血糖等指标。结果：两组均有病例发生了腹部肥胖、BMI≥24、糖尿病、糖耐量异常、高甘油三脂血症、低HDL血症、高血压、代谢综合征；两组病例在BMI≥24、高血压上有统计学差异（χ2＝4．307，P＝0．038；χ2＝6．857，P＝0．009），且氯丙嗪组患者更容易发生BMI≥24、高血压。两组病例在BMI、糖化血红蛋白、舒张压、收缩压方面有统计学差异（ t＝2．319，P＝0．022；t＝2．291，P＝0．024；t＝2．406，P＝0．019；t＝2．109，P＝0．039）。结论：常用非典型抗精神病药物与首发精神分裂症患者代谢综合征的的发生具有相关性。
목적：탐토상용비전형항정신병약물여수발정신분렬증환자대사종합정적상관성。방법：수방조사단일사용항정신병약물적수발정신분렬증환자147인，안용약불동，분위비전형항정신병약물조환자92례，록병진조55례，측량환자사용항정신병약물전화사용일년후적BMI、혈압、혈당등지표。결과：량조균유병례발생료복부비반、BMI≥24、당뇨병、당내량이상、고감유삼지혈증、저HDL혈증、고혈압、대사종합정；량조병례재BMI≥24、고혈압상유통계학차이（χ2＝4．307，P＝0．038；χ2＝6．857，P＝0．009），차록병진조환자경용역발생BMI≥24、고혈압。량조병례재BMI、당화혈홍단백、서장압、수축압방면유통계학차이（ t＝2．319，P＝0．022；t＝2．291，P＝0．024；t＝2．406，P＝0．019；t＝2．109，P＝0．039）。결론：상용비전형항정신병약물여수발정신분렬증환자대사종합정적적발생구유상관성。
Objective:To explore the correlationship between the atypical antipsychotic drugs and meta-bolic syndrome of the patients with first occoured schizophrenia .Method: A total of 147 patients who first occoured schizophrenia and used one antipsychotics were followed in the investigation , according to use the different drugs , they were divided into two groups , the atypical antipsychotic drugs group contained 92 pa-tients and the chlorpromazine group contained 55 patients .They were measured BMI , blood pressure , plasma glucose and other indicators before and one year after using antipsychotic drugs .Result:The patients in both groups had the abdominal obesity , BMI≥24, diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance, high glycerin three grea-ses, low HDL level , hypertension , metab-olic syndrome .There were significant difference between the two groups in BMI≥24 and hypertension(χ2=4.307,P=0.038;χ2=6.857,P=0.009), and there were more pa-tients in the chlorpromazine group who had BMI≥24 and hypertension;there were also significant difference between the two groups in BMI , glycosylated hemoglobin , diastolic blood pressure , systolic blood pressure ( t =2.319,P=0.022;t=2.291,P=0.024;t=2.406,P=0.019;t=2.109,P=0.039).Conclusion:There's cor-relationship between the atypical antipsychotic drugs and the first occoured schizophrenia patients who hap -pened the metabolic syndrome .
