结合攀长特公司现有装备，研究分析大型锻钢轧辊的工况，选用合适的锻钢材质，强化熔炼、锻造质量控制，优化热处理工艺，成功生产制造两付825初轧机大型锻钢轧辊，为攀长特公司大型锻钢轧辊生产提供借鉴。
結閤攀長特公司現有裝備，研究分析大型鍛鋼軋輥的工況，選用閤適的鍛鋼材質，彊化鎔煉、鍛造質量控製，優化熱處理工藝，成功生產製造兩付825初軋機大型鍛鋼軋輥，為攀長特公司大型鍛鋼軋輥生產提供藉鑒。
결합반장특공사현유장비，연구분석대형단강알곤적공황，선용합괄적단강재질，강화용련、단조질량공제，우화열처리공예，성공생산제조량부825초알궤대형단강알곤，위반장특공사대형단강알곤생산제공차감。
Based on the current equipments in our company, the working condition of the large size forged roll were analyzed. By means of selecting of appropriate raw material, strict controlling of the melting and forging quality, optimizing heat treatment process, two large size rolls for Φ825 blooming mill were successfully manufactured, which provided reference for production of this type of steel roll.
