由于电子产品及电器的待机功耗较大,不符合环保要求,这就要求电源设计需要考虑待机功耗。另外,为了减少电力电子装置引起的谐波污染,提高电网使用效率,需要在电源中加入功率因数校正。有源功率因数校正电路使输入电流波形跟踪输入正弦交流电压波形,得到较高的功率因数。本文基于TI公司的UCC28180设计一种低待机功耗的高功率因数电源模块,该模块最大输出功率为500W,实验结果证明了该模块的优良性能。

Because of biggish standby consumption of the electric appliances and the electronic products, It is fall short of environmental protection request, This need to take into account standby consumption in power design. In addition, It is needed that power factor correction(PFC) is added into the power to reduce the harmonic pollution caused by these electronic deceives and the use efficiency of power supply net. Active power factor correction circuit makes input current waveform track the input sinusoidal alternating voltage waveform to get a higher power factor. A design of power module with high power factor and low standby consumption base on UCC28180 of TI company in the paper. The maximal output power of the module is 500W. The experimental results show the good performance of the module.
