顶岗实习是高职实践教学过程中最为重要的环节。通过对高职学生顶岗实习状况的问卷调查，重点分析了学生对实习企业、学院以及自身等三方面的反馈意见和建议。在此基础上，总结了目前高职工程造价专业顶岗实习实施过程中存在的突出问题，提出了在实习基地建设、指导教师聘任、岗位能力培养、实习监控体系以及实习效果评价考核等方面的改进对策。
頂崗實習是高職實踐教學過程中最為重要的環節。通過對高職學生頂崗實習狀況的問捲調查，重點分析瞭學生對實習企業、學院以及自身等三方麵的反饋意見和建議。在此基礎上，總結瞭目前高職工程造價專業頂崗實習實施過程中存在的突齣問題，提齣瞭在實習基地建設、指導教師聘任、崗位能力培養、實習鑑控體繫以及實習效果評價攷覈等方麵的改進對策。

Post practice is the most important link of engineering cost specialty in practice teaching process of Higher Vocational education.Through the questionnaire survey on the post practice of Engineering Cost Specialty in Hebei Jiaotong Vocational &Technical College,the analysis of Students'feedback and suggestions on the enterpri-ses, colleges and oneself are focused.On this basis,this paper summarizes the outstanding problems existing in the process of implementation of the post practice of Engineering Cost Specialty now, putting forward improvement countermeasures in practice base construction, guidance teachers, competence cultivation, practice monitoring sys-tem and training effect evaluation.
