运用文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法，对定襄县民俗体育开展现状进行调查，结果表明：定襄县民俗体育运动形式丰富多样，群众参与热情较高，但大多参与动机简单，参与形式单一，受传承方式、观念、年龄等因素制约，部分民俗体育项目发展较差。建议政府部门加大重视力度，广泛发掘整理，鼓励项目的开发和扩大传播方式；提高定襄县当地人对民俗体育的认知度，传承和弘扬方式与现代社会高速发展的生活方式、节奏相结合，并积极参与民俗体育活动。
운용문헌자료법、실지고찰법、방담법，대정양현민속체육개전현상진행조사，결과표명：정양현민속체육운동형식봉부다양，군음삼여열정교고，단대다삼여동궤간단，삼여형식단일，수전승방식、관념、년령등인소제약，부분민속체육항목발전교차。건의정부부문가대중시력도，엄범발굴정리，고려항목적개발화확대전파방식；제고정양현당지인대민속체육적인지도，전승화홍양방식여현대사회고속발전적생활방식、절주상결합，병적겁삼여민속체육활동。
By using the methods of documents,expert interview and the investigation ,this paper analyses the present situation of the folk custom sports of Dingxiang County of Shanxi Province. It shows results from the sports form,participation motivation and form and the folk sports project. And the article suggests the government to increase importance,spread transmission means,raise awareness of the folk sports and actively participate in the folk sports.
