According to the talents training goal formulated by the ministry of education in“outstanding engi-neers training plan”,based on the game spirit,from innovation,incentive,equality,and evaluation principle, the sports teaching mode of improving the excellent quality of university students is built. The purpose is to make students adaptive ability and practice ability of sustainable development to meet the requirements of ex-cellence engineering talents.
