随着中国农村经济的快速发展，农村生活垃圾日益增多，垃圾围城现象逐渐凸显。农村生活垃圾问题处理得当与否关系到城乡一体化进程。针对鞍山地区农村生活垃圾处理现状及其认识问题，进行实地调查，并在此基础上，提出强化监管机制、增加政策投入、实施垃圾分类管理等具体建议。

With the rapid development of rural economy in china,the rural living garbage is increased. The ru-ral living garbage problem is related to urban and rural integration. In view of the present rural household gar-bage processing problems,the investigation is carried out,and some suggestions are proposed,including strengthening the supervision mechanism,increaseing the policy investment and implementing the garbage classification management.
