LED显示屏正逐步取代传统户外广告牌。楼顶LED显示屏和立柱式LED显示屏对重量,抗风系数,安装便捷性有很高的要求,为此研发了新型GD系列LED屏,采用格栅镂空模组配合框架式结构,最大化地降低屏体重量;增加安装单元的适应性,以提高安装作业效率;进行了模组风压的风洞试验,结合有限元模拟分析LED屏体风压环境,证实镂空结构的抗风载的改善。

This article is accomplished under the situation that the LED display is gradually taking place of the traditional outdoor billboard. Weight, wind-resistance coefficient and installation convenience have more urgent requirements for rooftop LED display and pedestal LED display. The newly-designed GD series of LED display adopt the structure of mesh curtain module coordinated with frame style, lowering the weight of the LED panel to a large extent. Increasing the installation dimension improves the installation efficiency and adds the adaptability for the installation unit at the same time. Combined with the finite element simulation analysis wind pressure for the LED display, it is simultaneous to carry out the wind tunnel test and wind pressure of the module in order to test the degree of wind resistance for the hollow structure.
