This paper introduces a kind of aging system for high power semiconductor lasers, which could accommodate at most 60 devices at the same time. The aging system can carry out timing acquisition for each device's parameters such as working current, working voltage, the output optical power, sink temperature, rate of flow of the cooling circulating water, water pressure and so on. The system has the advantages of function complete, high reliability. It has a board application and can be used for high power lasers and application units to promote the use of it.
