LED显示屏逐点校正技术的关键在于高效精确的亮色度测量方式,而评价亮色度测量方式优劣的标准最终取决于人眼,所以本文首先通过理论和实验分析了人眼视觉精度,从而论证了基于设备的逐点校正测量方式的精度均低于人眼视觉精度。目前,在对同一生产批次LED显示屏的逐点校正中,彩色数码相机和工业相机的测量精度并没有本质区别,均能满足逐点校正领域的要求,但对于多生产批次LED显示屏逐点校正,现有设备的测量精度均不能满足要求,所以LED显示屏逐点校正技术中的亮色度测量精度还有待于进一步提升,以彻底解决LED显示屏行业内的多批次问题。

The key to the LED display calibration by pixel is the efficient and accurate way which measures the degree of brightness and chromaticity, however, the standard of evaluating that way depends on human eye. So this essay analyzes the human visual accuracy through theory and experiment, which demonstrates the precision of pixel by pixel calibration based measurement equipment is lower than the human eye. At present, when calibrating the LED display which is on the same production batch, there is no essential difference between the color digital camera and industrial camera,both of them can meet the requirements of the calibration in pixel by pixel level. But for multiple batches LED display calibration, measurement accuracy of the existing equipment cannot meet the requirements, so the measurement accuracy of brightness and chromaticity in the LED display calibration technology needs to be further improved, in order to solve the problem of multiple batches of LED display industry.
