气动调节阀是核电站广泛应用的重要设备之一,尤其是核岛中的阀门在核电站系统运行中起着重要的控制、调节作用。其运行的品质直接影响到机组的效率和安全。系统以CRIO为主体,辅以不同类型的传感器及接口搭建阀门诊断系统硬件平台。同时对采集到的数据自动分区,分析其非线性度、计算弹簧力、落座力、摩擦力等参数。在无需拆解阀门的条件下实现现场十几类气动阀门的性能诊断。
