对于锅炉的主蒸汽温度的控制问题,在内模控制的基础上,加入了模糊算法。针对某电厂600MW超临界机组主蒸汽温度控制系统大延迟、大时间惯性的特点,在基于IMC-PID控制器原理的基础上,加入了模糊逻辑设定值系数控制,在线调整IMC-PID控制器的比例作用部分,综合了模糊控制与内模控制的优点,改善了常规IMC-PID控制器在主蒸汽温度控制系统中的不足,控制方法简单,且具有较强的跟随性和鲁棒性。

This paper studies a fuzzy algorithm for the boiler main steam temperature control system based on internal model control. For the characteristics of large delay and big time inertia of the 600MW extra supercritical unit's main steam temperature control system, the fuzzy logic algorithm based on the IMC-PID controller is established. The compound control system can adjust the proportionality coefficient of the IMC-PID controller online. The control system takes advantages of the fuzzy control and the internal model control. Thus, the IMC-PID controller effects in the main steam temperature control system is improved[1].
