温度是影响LED显示屏可靠性的重要因素之一,本文从温度对LED显示屏的寿命和性能参数两方面的影响进行了探讨,指出因此而引起的可靠性问题。通过降低功耗和热设计将LED显示屏温升控制在合理的范围,是提高LED显示屏可靠性的有效措施。

Temperature is one of the crucial factors affect the reliability of LED display. Two aspects of effects affected by temperature, the life and performance parameters of LED display, are elaborated in this paper. The reliability issues caused by those effects are pointed out. Control the temperature rise of LED display in a reasonable range through reducing the power dissipation and thermal design is a effective measure to enhance the reliability of LED display.
