危险废弃物回收中心选址问题中,首先要考虑风险最小化和风险公平性最大化这两个目标,其次才考虑成本最小。本文将改进重心法引入到危险废弃物回收中心选址问题当中,并与风险最小化和风险公平性最大化这两个目标函数有效结合起来,构建出本文的模型。最后通过一个算例证明该模型的可行性,并利用lingo14.0软件进行求解。

When selecting the location of a hazardous waste recycling center, two objectives of the risk minimization and risk equality maximization should first be considered, then follows the minimum cost. This paper introduced the improved gravity center method to solve the hazardous waste recycling center problem. Combined effectively with the objectives of risk minimization and risk equity maximization, a location model was constructed. Finally, a numerical example was given to prove the feasibility of the model.
