目的：通过比较整形外科手术患者在传统疼痛处理和多模式镇痛两种不同的疼痛干预方案下患者的镇痛效果、满意度的差异，探讨多模式镇痛在整形外科领域应用的科学性和必要性。方法将面部除皱术患者104例，隆乳术患者70例，颌面部整形手术患者32例，分别随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组给予传统的疼痛治疗和护理，实验组采用多模式镇痛。以视觉模拟评分法（ VAS）分别对患者术后疼痛程度和满意度进行量化，将所得数据进行统计学分析。结果进行三种整形外科手术的患者，其实验组视觉模拟评分所得疼痛程度数值在术后4h，8h，12h，24h，48h均明显低于对照组，实验组对疼痛管理的满意度均明显高于对照组，差别均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论多模式镇痛可明显减轻患者的术后疼痛并提高术者满意度，值得在临床中推广应用。

[ ABSTRACT] Objective To evaluate the effect of multimodal analgesia in the plastic surgery field by comparing the visual analog pain scores( VAS) and satisfaction scores of plastic surgical patients with the two methods of the multimodal analgesia and passive pain reduc-tion with analgesia drugs.Methods The three groups of patients,104 with frontotemporal-face lifting,70 with augmentation mammoplasty and 32 with maxillofacial plastic surgery,were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group to which the multimodal analgesia was ap-plied;and passive control group to which the traditional analgesia was applied.VAS and satisfaction scores were respectively observed and re-corded at 4,8,12,24,48,72 hours after the surgery.Results Compared with the passive control group,VAS pain scores of three groups of patients in the experimental group had significantly decreased,and satisfaction scores significantly increased at 4,8,12,24,48 hours after the surgery.The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The multimodal analgesia is a more effective approach to control the posto-peration pain than passive pain reduction,and it can increase patients satisfaction.Thus the multimodal analgesia is worthy of promotion and application in the plastic surgery field.
