目的:探讨应用低分子肝素联合黄体酮支持治疗不明原因复发性自然流产( URSA)的安全性和有效性。方法选择2012年6月~2014年4月在潍坊市人民医院生殖医学科就诊的60例URSA患者,确定妊娠后按照自愿原则,签署知情同意书后随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组30例,实验组给予低分子肝素联合黄体酮治疗,对照组给予黄体酮治疗。结果接受低分子肝素联合黄体酮治疗成功率为76.7%(23/30),接受黄体酮治疗成功率为26.7%(8/30)。两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论以低分子肝素联合黄体酮治疗UR-SA临床疗效满意,优于单纯黄体酮治疗。

목적:탐토응용저분자간소연합황체동지지치료불명원인복발성자연유산( URSA)적안전성화유효성。방법선택2012년6월~2014년4월재유방시인민의원생식의학과취진적60례URSA환자,학정임신후안조자원원칙,첨서지정동의서후수궤분위실험조화대조조량조,매조30례,실험조급여저분자간소연합황체동치료,대조조급여황체동치료。결과접수저분자간소연합황체동치료성공솔위76.7%(23/30),접수황체동치료성공솔위26.7%(8/30)。량자비교차이유현저성(P<0.05)。결론이저분자간소연합황체동치료UR-SA림상료효만의,우우단순황체동치료。
[ ABSTRACT] Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of application of low molecular heparin combined with luteal support treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods Sixty patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion after preg-nancy in weifang people's hospital of reproductive medicine clinic from June 2012 to November 2013 were selected and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group after signing informed consent.Thirty cases in each group,the experimental group were given low molecular heparin combined with progesterone while the control group were given progestin only.Results The successful rate of experimental group with low molecular heparin combined with progesterone was 76.7%(23/30) which was superior to the successful rate 26.7%(8/30) of control group and the difference between them was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of low molecular hepa-rin combined with progesterone on URSA was superior to that of pure progestin.
