近年来，由于西部山区铁路的快速发展，项目供应链管理面临着物资需求量大，交通和物流储运设备受制约，高质量的当地材料供应困难，物质受市场经济波动影响大，外资物资管理难度大等困难。本文以渝黔铁路为例，对山区铁路供应链管理进行了深入研究，并提出了相应措施，为类似山区铁路供应链管理提供了参考依据。
근년래，유우서부산구철로적쾌속발전，항목공응련관리면림착물자수구량대，교통화물류저운설비수제약，고질량적당지재료공응곤난，물질수시장경제파동영향대，외자물자관리난도대등곤난。본문이투검철로위례，대산구철로공응련관리진행료심입연구，병제출료상응조시，위유사산구철로공응련관리제공료삼고의거。
Rencently, due to the rapid development of the western mountainous railway, project supply chain management is facing with lots of difficulties, such as excessive material demand, restrict of transportation and storage, serious effect caused by the market fluctuations, great hardship on supervising the material purchased with the foreign capital. Taking Chongqing-Guiyang railway as an example, this paper made a specific research on the supply chain management of mountainous railway, and put forward the corresponding measures. Meanwhile, the paper provided a reference for the supply chain management of the similar railways.
