针对大型油膜轴承综合试验台的技术要求,介绍了一种基于S7-300 PLC和WinCC的PID压力控制方法,以提高试验轴承载荷的控制精度和稳定性。利用STEP7中FB41功能模块进行PID控制,使用WinCC监控界面在线监测实际载荷并设定PID控制器参数进行参数整定。该方法基于软件实现PID控制,程序设计简单,界面显示直观,便于参数设定和数据采集,控制效果良好,满足试验要求。

According to the technical requirements of large-scale oil-film bearing test rig,a method of PID control of pressure based on PLC and WinCC was introduced to improve the control precision and stability of the load on the bearing. FB41 in STEP7 was used to carry out PID control and WinCC monitoring interface was also used to moni-tor the actual pressure and set PID parameter. I It was easy to program by using this method,the interface could be intuitively observed,and it was convenient for parameters set and data collection. The well-operating control system met the requirements of experiment.
