目的:探讨食管癌组织中Hes1和Notch1表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学PV二部法检测50例食管癌肿瘤组织及20例癌旁正常食管组织中Hes1和Notch1的表达情况。结果食管癌组织中Hes1和Notch1的阳性表达率均显著低于癌旁正常组织( P<0.05)。 Hes1的表达与食管癌的淋巴结转移、临床分期、分化程度、侵袭程度密切相关(P<0.05)。 Notch1的表达与食管癌的分化程度、侵袭转移密切相关。食管癌组织中Hes1和Notch1两者的表达呈正相关( P<0.05)。结论 Hes1和Notch1的异常表达与食管癌的发生、发展及侵袭转移密切相关,检测两种蛋白对于食管癌的早期诊断及预后判断有重要的意义。

목적:탐토식관암조직중Hes1화Notch1표체급기의의。방법채용면역조직화학PV이부법검측50례식관암종류조직급20례암방정상식관조직중Hes1화Notch1적표체정황。결과식관암조직중Hes1화Notch1적양성표체솔균현저저우암방정상조직( P<0.05)。 Hes1적표체여식관암적림파결전이、림상분기、분화정도、침습정도밀절상관(P<0.05)。 Notch1적표체여식관암적분화정도、침습전이밀절상관。식관암조직중Hes1화Notch1량자적표체정정상관( P<0.05)。결론 Hes1화Notch1적이상표체여식관암적발생、발전급침습전이밀절상관,검측량충단백대우식관암적조기진단급예후판단유중요적의의。
[ ABSTRACT] Objective To study the expression of hes1 and notch1 and its significance in esophageal canc-er.Methods Immunohistochemistry PV department 2 method was used to detect the expression of hes1 and notch1 in 50 cases of esophageal cancer and 20 cases of adjacent normal esophageal tissue.Results The expression of hes1 and notch1 in esophageal cancer was lower than that in adjacent normal esophageal tissue(P<0.05).The expression of hes1 was closely related to lymphoid metastases,clinical stage,differentiated degree and depth of tumor invasion of esophageal cancer(P<0.05),and the expression of notch1 was closely related to the differentiated degree and depth of tumor inva-sion of esophageal cancer.The expression of hes1 and notch1 in esophageal cancer was positively correlated( P<0.05) . Conclusion The abnormal expressions of hes1 and notch1 are closely related to the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of esophageal cancer.Co-detection of hes1 and notch1 has significant effect on early diagnosis and progno-sis of esophageal cancer.
