目的:探讨胸痹通胶囊对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响及其可能的机制。方法将30只Wister大鼠随机分成3组:假手术组、模型组、胸痹通胶囊组。采用冠状动脉左前降支结扎法制备大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型。测定各组大鼠血清中的( CK)、( CK-MB)以及心肌组织中的丙二醛( MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和钙调蛋白(CaM)。结果与假手术组比较,模型组血清CK,CK-MB及心肌MDA,CaM含量都显著增高,而SOD含量明显下降;胸痹通胶囊组与模型组相比,SOD活性相对升高,CK,CK-MB,MDA,CaM含量相对降低,SOD相对升高。结论胸痹通胶囊可减少心肌缺血再灌注心肌组织内氧自由基的产生,维持细胞内钙平衡,起到保护心肌的作用。

목적:탐토흉비통효낭대대서심기결혈재관주손상적영향급기가능적궤제。방법장30지Wister대서수궤분성3조:가수술조、모형조、흉비통효낭조。채용관상동맥좌전강지결찰법제비대서심기결혈재관주손상모형。측정각조대서혈청중적( CK)、( CK-MB)이급심기조직중적병이철( MDA)、초양화물기화매(SOD)화개조단백(CaM)。결과여가수술조비교,모형조혈청CK,CK-MB급심기MDA,CaM함량도현저증고,이SOD함량명현하강;흉비통효낭조여모형조상비,SOD활성상대승고,CK,CK-MB,MDA,CaM함량상대강저,SOD상대승고。결론흉비통효낭가감소심기결혈재관주심기조직내양자유기적산생,유지세포내개평형,기도보호심기적작용。
[ ABSTRACT] Objective To investigate the protective effects of pretreatment with xiongbitong capsule against myocardial ischemia reperfusion in rats and to discuss the possible mechanism.Methods Thirty Wister rats were ran-domly divided into three group:sham-operated group,ischemia reperfusion group and xiongbitong capsule pretreatment group.The myocardial ischemia reperfusion model was established by ligating the left anterior descending of coronary ar-tery.The levels of CK,CK-MB in plasma and MDA,mSOD,CaM in myocardial tissue were measured in each group.Re-sults Compared with sham-operated group,the level of CK,CK-MB in plasma and MDA,CaM in myocardial tissue were significantly increased but the contents of SOD was decreased in ischemia reperfusion group.Compared with ischemia reperfusion group,the activity and content of SOD significantly increased and the contents of MDA,CaM,CK,CK-MB de-creased in xiongbitong capsule pretreatment group.Conclusion Xiongbitong capsule pretreatment can protect the myo-cardium from myocardial ischemia-reperfusion,and the protective effects may be related to balance of Calcium and the decrease of Oxygen Free Radicals.
