目的：研究钙反应性反式激活因子（ CREST）在各级骨巨细胞瘤组织中的表达变化，探讨其与骨巨细胞瘤临床病理分级的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测60例骨巨细胞瘤标本中CREST的表达变化。结果 CREST定位于细胞核，表达于大多数骨巨细胞瘤的肿瘤细胞中。随着肿瘤组织临床病理分级增高， CREST表达率增高，CREST的表达在骨巨细胞瘤率Ⅰ级和骨巨细胞瘤Ⅲ级间的差别有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），在骨巨细胞瘤其他各分级间差异无显著性（ P＞0．05）。结论 CREST的表达与临床病理分级存在一定相关性。
목적：연구개반응성반식격활인자（ CREST）재각급골거세포류조직중적표체변화，탐토기여골거세포류림상병리분급적관계。방법응용면역조직화학기술검측60례골거세포류표본중CREST적표체변화。결과 CREST정위우세포핵，표체우대다수골거세포류적종류세포중。수착종류조직림상병리분급증고， CREST표체솔증고，CREST적표체재골거세포류솔Ⅰ급화골거세포류Ⅲ급간적차별유통계학의의（ P＜0．05），재골거세포류기타각분급간차이무현저성（ P＞0．05）。결론 CREST적표체여림상병리분급존재일정상관성。
Objective To study the expression of calcium-responsive transactivator(CREST) in giant cell tumor of bone( GCT) ,and detect the relationship between the expression level and clinical-pathological grade.Methods CREST expression was detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 60 cases of GCT.Results CREST was located in the nucleus of the most GCT's tumor cells.The positive expression rate of CREST was increased with the grade of tumor,the difference of expression of CREST between gradeⅠand grade Ⅲof GCT was statistically significant ( P<0. 05),but the expression level in other grades was not different(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of CREST may be associated with the clinical-pathological grade,and may play a role in differentiating gradeⅠand grade Ⅲof GCT.
