融合柔性多体动力学、高维非线性动力学及摩擦学等理论知识,建立了极端载荷下基于柔性支承的风力机传动系统-塔架耦合动力学模型,并分析了打滑区域摩擦力、内圈转速等激励对轴承振动特性的影响。结果表明:阻尼对y方向上振动影响较大,为避免共振,阻尼的选取应该在合理的范围内;内圈转速较低时滚动体在打滑时的振动较微弱,分布较散,高速下则相反。结论为风力机轴承设计提供了一定的理论依据。
融閤柔性多體動力學、高維非線性動力學及摩抆學等理論知識,建立瞭極耑載荷下基于柔性支承的風力機傳動繫統-塔架耦閤動力學模型,併分析瞭打滑區域摩抆力、內圈轉速等激勵對軸承振動特性的影響。結果錶明:阻尼對y方嚮上振動影響較大,為避免共振,阻尼的選取應該在閤理的範圍內;內圈轉速較低時滾動體在打滑時的振動較微弱,分佈較散,高速下則相反。結論為風力機軸承設計提供瞭一定的理論依據。

Integrating the disciplines of flexible multi-body dynamics,high-dimensional nonlinear dynamics and tri-bology ,the coupled dynamics model of wind turbine based on flexible supporting was established under the extreme load cases,and the dynamical characteristic of bearing under friction and different rotate speed were analyzed. The results show that the damp has great affection on vibration of y axis,the damp should be picked in a reasonable scale;the rolling element has weak vibration when slipping under low rolling speed,it is opposite under high speed. The results provide certain theoretical basis.
