为了获得叶片挥发油中桉叶油素含量高的优良油樟型樟树单株,通过对井冈山大学校园内5处胸径大于15 cm的樟树叶片进行采样,水蒸汽蒸馏法提取其挥发油,利用气质联用仪(GC-MS)对樟树挥发油进行成分分析。结果显示:5份樟树叶片样品有3份提取出了叶片挥发油用于分析,其中I号叶片挥发油样品主要化学成分为桉叶油素,含量为63.993%,按照樟树化学型分类法,应属于油樟型樟树。初步判断在井冈山大学校园内筛选获得一株优质油樟,它是桉叶油素含量较高的优良油樟型樟树单株。
為瞭穫得葉片揮髮油中桉葉油素含量高的優良油樟型樟樹單株,通過對井岡山大學校園內5處胸徑大于15 cm的樟樹葉片進行採樣,水蒸汽蒸餾法提取其揮髮油,利用氣質聯用儀(GC-MS)對樟樹揮髮油進行成分分析。結果顯示:5份樟樹葉片樣品有3份提取齣瞭葉片揮髮油用于分析,其中I號葉片揮髮油樣品主要化學成分為桉葉油素,含量為63.993%,按照樟樹化學型分類法,應屬于油樟型樟樹。初步判斷在井岡山大學校園內篩選穫得一株優質油樟,它是桉葉油素含量較高的優良油樟型樟樹單株。

To obtain excellent cineol type camphor tree with high eucalyptol content in essential oil of leaves, camphor trees with diameter at breast height greater than 15 cm were collected at Jinggangshan university campus, then the volatile oil were isolated by steam distillation and analyzed and identified by gas chromatograph mass spectrometer (GC-MS). Three volatile oil samples were obtained from five camphor tree leaf samples, among which the main constituent of volatile oil I is eucalyptol (63.993%), and I is deduced as cineol type. Our results suggested that one superior camphor tree with high eucalyptol content in leaf oil was obtained at Jinggangshan University campus.
