通过对常州市高职教育园区大学生课外体育活动参与现状调研发现：多数学生喜欢参与课外活动，其中在参与方式上，采取自我锻炼的居多；各院校课外体育活动组织种类少、规模小，特色项目普及率低；场地器材存在不足。为解决上述问题，提出了加强对大学生体育锻炼的引导，加强体育生活方式宣传力度，积极实施体育生活化教育，开展多样性的体育活动，及时做到保证和督促学生参加课外体育活动等建议。

Through the investigation and research of the status quo of students' participating in extracurricular sports activities in Changzhou higher vocational education park, it finds that most students like to participate in extracurricular activities, in terms of participation method, mainly adopting self-exercise; the sports activities organization kinds are few, the size is small, the popularization of characterized items is low, the site equipment is not enough. To solve the above problems, it puts forward suggestions to strengthen the guide of the college students' physical exercise, strengthen the publicity of sports lifestyle, actively implement sports life-orientation education, carry out a variety of sports activities, and guarantee and supervise the students to participate in extracurricular sports activities timely and so on.
