随着我国禽类养殖产业化的发展,对禽类养殖环境要求不断提高。在禽舍环境控制中,由于温湿度之间的耦合关系,难以同时到达设定值,针对此设计了一种基于模糊PID解耦算法的多功能禽舍环境控制系统,该系统以DSP为控制平台,通过对禽类生活习性和禽舍结构的研究,选取适用于该系统的参数。经试验证明该系统响应迅速,灵敏度高,稳定性好。在实地验证中,在200 m3空间内能够实现15 min内最大调整温度2℃,湿度30% RH。

With the development of poultry industry in China ,there is an increasing demand for poultry breeding environment .Due to the coupling relationship betw een temperature and humidity ,it is difficult to attain the set value at the same time in the poultry house environmental control .In order to improve the situation ,a design of multifunctional poultry house environmental control system based on the fuzzy PID temperature and humidity decoupling control algorithm was proposed in the paper .The control system was mainly built on DSP platform and suitable parameters were selected through the study of living habits and housing structure of chicken .The experiment proved that the control system is with timely response ,high sensitivity and stability .For example ,in a space of 200 m3 ,the system can adjust the temperature in 2 ℃and the humidity in 30% RH at most within 15 minutes .
