试验旨在研究断奶SD大鼠日粮中补充酿酒酵母发酵液,对其生产性能、肠道发育、血液理化指标及免疫功能的影响。随机选取30只断奶SD大鼠分成对照组、酿酒酵母组及抗生素组,饲喂16 d后,测定其肠道形态及黏膜总蛋白、DNA及RNA含量,血液理化指标及免疫功能。结果表明,酿酒酵母组SD大鼠生产性能要极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),与抗生素组差异不显著(P>0.05);酿酒酵母组其肠道黏膜总蛋白、DNA及RNA含量较对照组有极显著提高(P<0.01),与抗生素组无差异(P>0.05);酿酒酵母组血液理化指标降低(P<0.01),与抗生素组无差异(P>0.05);免疫功能和肠道形态,各组间无差异(P>0.05)。试验结果显示,在断奶SD大鼠日粮中添加酿酒酵母发酵培养液,能够明显提高其生产性能,促进肠道生长发育,同时也降低血液中乳酸脱氢酶及肌酸激酶水平,减少断奶后应激。
試驗旨在研究斷奶SD大鼠日糧中補充釀酒酵母髮酵液,對其生產性能、腸道髮育、血液理化指標及免疫功能的影響。隨機選取30隻斷奶SD大鼠分成對照組、釀酒酵母組及抗生素組,飼餵16 d後,測定其腸道形態及黏膜總蛋白、DNA及RNA含量,血液理化指標及免疫功能。結果錶明,釀酒酵母組SD大鼠生產性能要極顯著高于對照組(P<0.01),與抗生素組差異不顯著(P>0.05);釀酒酵母組其腸道黏膜總蛋白、DNA及RNA含量較對照組有極顯著提高(P<0.01),與抗生素組無差異(P>0.05);釀酒酵母組血液理化指標降低(P<0.01),與抗生素組無差異(P>0.05);免疫功能和腸道形態,各組間無差異(P>0.05)。試驗結果顯示,在斷奶SD大鼠日糧中添加釀酒酵母髮酵培養液,能夠明顯提高其生產性能,促進腸道生長髮育,同時也降低血液中乳痠脫氫酶及肌痠激酶水平,減少斷奶後應激。
시험지재연구단내SD대서일량중보충양주효모발효액,대기생산성능、장도발육、혈액이화지표급면역공능적영향。수궤선취30지단내SD대서분성대조조、양주효모조급항생소조,사위16 d후,측정기장도형태급점막총단백、DNA급RNA함량,혈액이화지표급면역공능。결과표명,양주효모조SD대서생산성능요겁현저고우대조조(P<0.01),여항생소조차이불현저(P>0.05);양주효모조기장도점막총단백、DNA급RNA함량교대조조유겁현저제고(P<0.01),여항생소조무차이(P>0.05);양주효모조혈액이화지표강저(P<0.01),여항생소조무차이(P>0.05);면역공능화장도형태,각조간무차이(P>0.05)。시험결과현시,재단내SD대서일량중첨가양주효모발효배양액,능구명현제고기생산성능,촉진장도생장발육,동시야강저혈액중유산탈경매급기산격매수평,감소단내후응격。
To study the effects of Saccharomyces cerevisiae on growth performance ,intestine development , physio‐biochemical and immune function of early weanedrat ,a total of 30 weaned‐SD rats were randomly divided into 3 treatments as follows:the control group ,the S .cerevisiae group ,and the antibiotic group in the current re‐search .The intestine development ,physio‐biochemical and immune function were assayed after 15 days .The re‐sults showed that the growth performance of weanedrat was significantly improved in the S .cerevisiae group com‐pared with the control group (P<0 .01) ,but not so evidently compared with that of the antibiotic group (P>0 . 05) .The contents of total protein ,DNA ,and RNA in the S .cerevisiae group revealed the same tendency as above when compared with the control group (P<0 .01)and the antibiotic group (P>0 .05) .The physio‐biochemical of the S .cerevisiae group was significantly decreased than the control group (P<0 .01) ,but was comparable with that in the antibiotic group ( P> 0 .05 ) . Additionally , the immune function and intestine development had no differences in the S .cerevisiae group compared with the control group and antibiotic group (P> 0 .05) .The weanedrat diet supplement with S .cerevisiae was effective to enhance growth performance ,stimulate intestine de‐velopment and reduce the stress in conclusion .
