教育是一项充满关怀的事业,然而近些年来高校的教育关怀在关怀对象、师生关系、关怀责任及关怀方法等方面却存在着不同程度的异化,致使教育关怀背离了教育本质。要想促进教育关怀的回归,必须以关爱和尊重学生为前提,以提高教师的关怀能力为保障,树立以“培养具有关怀品质的社会公民”为终极价值目标的教育关怀策略。

Education is a caring career . But in recent years , in terms of caring object , teacher‐student relationship , caring responsibilities and care methods , university teachers care undergoes dif‐ferent degrees of alienation , resulting in a departure from the education of teachers caring nature . T his paper proposes a caring and respect for students as a prerequisite to improving teachers?ability to care for the protection , establishing a teachers care strategy of?cultivation of social citizenship with care quality" as the ultimate value targets .
