低温保存新鲜精液可以延长精子的存活时间，提高优良种公羊的利用率，加速品种改良步伐，而稀释液是保持和提高精液品质的关键。论文针对国内外羊精液低温保存稀释液的成分及其作用、精液的稀释倍数等进行综述，旨在为山羊精液的低温保存研究提供一定的参考，以便切实发挥良种公羊的种用价值。

Preserving the fresh semen at low temperature can prolong the survival period of sperm ,im‐prove the utilization of superior ram breeds and accelerate the breeding improvement ,and in the preserva‐tion the diluent is the key to maintain and improve the quality of semen .T he paper review ed research on composition and effect of diluent and semen dilution ratio in goat semen cryogenic storage to provide certain reference for research on goat semen cryogenic storage and exert full useof superior ram breeds .
