我国幼儿教育信息化起步较晚,目前仍处于初期发展阶段,但因其势不可挡的发展趋势而愈来愈受重视,传统意义上的幼儿教师能力已无法适应新时代的需求,转型迫在眉睫。当今世界范围流行的信息技术与教学实践整合———T PACK框架对幼儿教师的能力提出五点新要求:有信息化时代的教育理念和意识;有多领域知识整合应用的能力;有理解并整合有效技术进行系统化教学设计的能力;在整合技术的教学过程中,能够有效使用教学和管理策略;有评价、反思和发展的能力。本文在此基础上就如何发展幼儿教师能力提出了一些可行性建议。

Early childhood education informatization in China startes relatively late , w hich is still in the early stages of development now , but the inevitable trend of the development has called more and more atten‐tion . The traditional ability of kindergarten teachers have been unable to adapt to the new requirements of the times . Thus the transformation is imminent . This article , combined with new forms of information technolo‐gy and teaching practice‐TPACK framework , puts forward five new requirements to kindergarten teachers:the new education concept and consciousness in this information age;the ability to integrate and apply the multidisciplinary knowledge; the ability to understand and integrate effective technology for systematic in‐structional design;effective use of teaching and management strategy in the process of integration technology of teaching;the ability of evaluation , reflection and development . On this basis , the article finally puts for‐ward some practical suggestions on how to promote the development of kindergarten teachers?ability .
