目的：研究药物经济学的引入对降低医疗成本、促进临床合理用药的重要性。方法：分析比较依卡倍特钠颗粒与其他治疗胃溃疡药物的适应症、依从性、经济性和安全性。结论：应用药物经济学的评价方法，对优化治疗方案，指导临床合理用药，控制药品费用，减轻病人的经济负担，有重要作用和意义。
목적：연구약물경제학적인입대강저의료성본、촉진림상합리용약적중요성。방법：분석비교의잡배특납과립여기타치료위궤양약물적괄응증、의종성、경제성화안전성。결론：응용약물경제학적평개방법，대우화치료방안，지도림상합리용약，공제약품비용，감경병인적경제부담，유중요작용화의의。
Objective:To understand the significance of introducing pharmaceutical economic analysis to reduce the cost of medical care, and to promote rational use of drugs. Methods:Indications, compliance, cost and security of Ecabet Sodium Granules were analyzed and compared with other gastric ulcer drugs. Conclusion:It is important to apply pharmaceutical economics evaluation to optimize the therapeutic schedule, therefore to guide rational drug use, to control drug cost, and to reduce the patient's economic burden.
